Attendance Reports

You can download reports for the following attendance records:

• Attendance rates by student and course

• Average attendance tier

• Late attendance records

• Attendance records by day and course

• Attendance rate by marking period

Download Attendance Reports

There are two types of attendance reports, Period and Daily. You can download reports using the main menu or the dashboard.

1. From the main menu, click Download reports in the Data Center section.

2. Choose your report criteria:

   1. Course

   2. Grades

   3. Start and end dates

3. Click Download for the report to save.

4. Click the link in the My Reports column to open the report.

In the My Reports column, click More… to display any previous reports you downloaded.
