Administrators only
Administrators can use the attendance digest feature to schedule attendance messages to parent contacts of students who are absent or late:
-
Administrators receive direct replies.
-
Parent contacts only receive one message instead of period-level messages if your school records attendance at the period level.
You can configure the attendance messages to go out in real-time or as a daily digest message. Creating an automated attendance digest allows one administrator to handle all attendance communications.
