Use message templates to send the same information to contacts without having to retype your entire message again. There are three types of templates:

General
-
Absent
-
Late
Create a Template

From the main menu, select Message templates in the Messaging section.

Click Add for the template type you are creating.

Enter the template name for Label.

Write the message in the Content field. Use the Template Tags option to create personalized messages for recipients.

Choose a Topic for the template.

Choose who can use the template for Share with staff members from:

To share this template with other staff members, choose the school.

To keep it for personal use, choose No schools.

Click Save.
Manage Templates
You can only edit or remove templates you create:

Default and district or school templates have a star label.

Templates you create have the Remove label.

From the main menu, select Message templates in the Messaging section.

To edit a template:

Select the template, then click Edit.

Make the changes, then click Save.

To delete a template:

Click Remove on the template
-
Click Ok.
