View contacts

To view contacts linked to your accounts, click or tap My Profile and then Contacts. 

Sync contacts

To view an updated list of contacts:

1. Click or tap Synchronize contacts with your school district to sync your account with the current data your associated school districts provide.

2. Click OK when the synchronization completes. 

If there are students you expect to see but are not listed under My Contacts, request your school district to add your email address to your SchoolMessenger information. If you believe your district may have students linked to a different email address, click Find contacts to search for them. To do this, you must be able to verify your access to the email account.
