Enhanced Attendance Reporting
SafeArrival simplifies attendance management by allowing parents and guardians to report student absences quickly and securely. This feature ensures accurate attendance records and enhances communication between schools and families.
Administrators can view, search by date range and by a variety of other fields, and download reports as a PDF or CSV file.
Attendance allows users to sort by:

Administrators can download the report as a PDF or a CSV file.
The following fields will appear in a PDF:
Student Name, Student ID, Comment (if present) - Consolidated in one field
Mark Time
Absence Type and Absence Reason - Consolidated in one field
Start Date and Time
End Date and Time
Reported Date and Time and who reported (phone number or email address of logged-in user) - Consolidated in one field

Translations
When the user selects a language other than English for the user interface, reports will also be generated in that language.
Only static data will be translated; dynamic data, such as parent comments, absence types, and reasons, will remain in English and will not be translated.
