Your SchoolMessenger Home app has an upgrade!
Rebuilt using the latest technology to ensure better stability, the app offers a more pleasing aesthetic and an enhanced user experience. You can now use your phone’s biometric capabilities to log in.
Some features include the ability to mark all messages as read, delete messages, and search and filter messages by subject line and email content, excluding attachment names and content.
Key information
The previous version of the app will be removed from the app stores in 2025 (date to be announced). However, you can switch to the upgraded version at any time.
Your login credentials remain the same. Use the same credentials to log in to the new app as you did for the earlier version.
There are no teacher functions in this new app. This app is meant to be used only by guardians and students.
To upgrade, search for SchoolMessenger Home within the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Ensure you select the correct region, US or Canada, as you first log in to the upgraded version.
