Approve or deny a customer subscription request
When a customer requests access to one or more catalogs, the request must be manually approved or declined within the Library Admin portal.
From the Content Registry, any catalogs with unapproved subscription requests will display the requesting organization name in the Subscription Requests column.
Select the appropriate organization’s name from the Subscription Requests column.
From the Subscribe dialog, click the drop-down in the Update Status column, and change the status from Requested to Active or Declined for each customer.
Click OK.
Catalogs marked as Open or Sample are automatically added to an approved status when requested. Catalog managers can revoke access at any time.
