Approving a Customer Subscription Request to a Catalog

When a customer requests access to one or more Partner Catalogs, the request will have to be manually approved.

From the Content Registry, any catalogs that have unapproved subscription requests will have the requester’s district name listed within the Subscription Requests column. To approve subscription requests:

  1. Click on one of the district names that is displayed within the Subscription Requests column.

  2. From the Subscribe dialog, click the drop-down in the Update Status column, and change the status from Requested to Active for each approved customer.

  3. Click OK.

Catalogs marked as Open or Sample will automatically be added to an approved status for districts. Partners can still revoke access at any point.
