Requesting Access to a Partner Catalog

As a System Administrator, you can request access to any of the available partner catalogs in the Content Registry within the Learning Registry tab. From the Content Registry, System Administrators can locate a list of all of the ContentNav Partner Catalogs. Administrators will not be able to access the specific content within the catalogs, but rather, they will have access to the catalog descriptions and partner profiles. Partner profiles will display all the information about that partner and the types of content they provide in their catalogs.

Partner catalogs are made up of curated third-party-created content that can be purchased from the partner and used within your district and schools.

To request access to a Partner Catalog:

  1. From the Content Registry, search for or filter through the different ContentNav Partner catalogs.

  2. After you have determined which catalogs you would like to request access to, click Subscribe from the Subscription column.

    1. The Subscribe button will be replaced by the word, Requested.

    2. The Partner will then be able to either accept or deny the subscription request.
