Add Multiple Students to Your Account

If you have multiple children enrolled in schools that use Curriculum and Instruction, you can enroll your students under your parent/guardian account to view their grades and progress.

Students Enrolled in the Same School

If your children are enrolled in the same school, you can add additional children to your account by following these steps:

1. In the Guardian Access view, move the pointer over your child’s name and click Switch Student.
2. Click Add a Child.
3. Enter the Student Access Code and click Verify Code. Your student's school will provide you with the student access code.
4. Once verified, you can switch students by moving the pointer over your child’s name and clicking Switch Student. 

Students Enrolled in Different Schools

To add a child to your account who is enrolled in a different school, you will need to follow these steps:

1. Click Link with your Child’s Account using Access Code in the email invite sent to you by your child’s school.
2. Sign in to your Chalk Guardian account.
3. Enter the Student Access Code of the child you would like to enroll and click Verify Code. Your student's school will provide you with the student access code.
4. Once verified, you can switch students by moving the pointer over your child’s name and clicking Switch Student.
