Archive or Restore a Classlist

Archive a Classlist

If a class is cancelled due to low enrollments, you can archive a classlist. This action will archive all sections linked to this classlist, and students in this classlist, making it invisible to teachers, students, and guardians.

1. Select the classlist you want to archive.
2. Click the Edit button.
3. On the Edit Classlist page, click the Archive button.
4. Indicate that you have read the warnings and click Yes, Archive.

Restore a Classlist

1. In the Classlist, turn on the View Archived option.
2. Select the archived classlist. Archived classes are highlighted in the classlist.
3. Click the Restore button.
