Archive or Restore a Student From a Classlist

Archive a Student from a Classlist

If a student has dropped a class or is no longer enrolled in a particular class, you can archive them from a classlist. Archiving a student from a classlist makes the student's data invisible to teachers, the student, and their guardians.

  1. Navigate to the Classlists tab in Admin.
  2. Select a classlist.
  3. Move the pointer over the student's name, and click Archive.
  4. Review the warning tags and indicate that you have read them. Once you have indicated that you have read all warnings, select Yes, Archive

How to Restore a Student to a Classlist

  1. Turn on the View Archived option. Archived students will be highlighted.
