Edit Published Curriculum Map Template

This is part of our Curriculum Solution. You will not have this option if you are a free user.

Sometimes you will need to update your curriculum map template to suit the needs of your institution and the curriculum writers creating the content within the map.

Publishing a curriculum map template will not update existing curriculum maps. Contact PowerSchool support if you want to update existing curriculum maps with the updated template you published.

This feature is only available to users with the designated permissions as assigned by the Admin of your institution. If you do not have this permission you will not be able to view or edit curriculum map templates.

1. Select the Templates option from the left sidebar in Curriculum.
2. Select the published Template you want to edit.
   The status of a template (draft/published) is indicated by the tag on the Template card.
3. Click the Create Draft button.
4. In the Create Template Draft dialog, select Create Draft to continue.
