Set Curriculum Insights access

This is part of our Curriculum & Instruction solution for users with specific Admin permissions. This feature is not available for free users.

If you feel this setting needs to be changed, you should either contact your administrator or contact PowerSchool support so we can pass on the request to the institution owner.

1. From the toolbar, select Curriculum.

2. Navigate to Curriculum Maps.

3. Click the gear icon to open the Settings tab.

4. Update the permissions with one of the following options:

   1. Open: A user with Curriculum Viewer accessing the Insights tab of a curriculum map can access pacing and standards usage data for all users in your organization.

   2. Restricted: A user with Curriculum Viewer accessing the Insights tab of a curriculum map can access only pacing and standards usage data for users in your organization whom they have the Lesson Reviewer role for. For example, if the user has the Lesson Reviewer role for a specific school, they can only access the usage of users within that school, not other schools.

5. Click Save.
