A custom domain or subdomain gives your users a branded URL to access Schoology, such as learn.yourschool.edu or yourschool.schoology.com. Contact your Schoology representative to enable or change your domain settings.
Custom domains and subdomains are not available for customers in Canada.

Using a custom domain without SSL may limit functionality in some areas of Schoology. Contact your Schoology representative to apply for an SSL certificate before going live.
Apply for SSL on a custom domain

Contact your Schoology representative to start the SSL certificate application. The process can take up to three weeks.

Point your CNAME to domain-ssl-1.schoology.com.

When your certificate is approved, your Onboarding Specialist or Schoology representative will notify you to test your HTTPS domain.

After testing, Schoology will force SSL for your organization.
Set the landing page for SSO
If you use LDAP, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365 for login, set the login page for that directory as your Landing Page in Schoology. From Tools, select School Management. Choose Integration and then select Custom Domain to configure this.
