Improved Google Integration

  • We made it easier to share Google Drive documents with students enrolled in your Schoology course via Assignments, and added the ability for instructors to use Schoology Assignments to distribute a unique copy of a Google Drive document to each student.
  • We know Google Drive is an excellent tool for easily creating and sharing content, and we want to make your workflow — from content creation to instruction to grading — a seamless experience, even when you’re pulling in content from elsewhere. We’re introducing new and enhanced functionality to our Google integration to make it easier for you to leverage Schoology to organize, distribute and assign your Google content to your students.

Improved Microsoft Integration

  • We made it easier to share Microsoft OneDrive documents with students enrolled in your Schoology course via Assignments, and added the ability for instructors to use Schoology Assignments to distribute a unique copy of a Microsoft document to each student.
  • For instructors who use Microsoft Office suite to create content, this integration will provide an easier and more seamless way to add and share your content within Schoology.

Auto-Import Performance Improvements (Enterprise only)

  • We made enhancements to improve the performance of our Auto-Import feature ahead of the 2017-2018 school year.
  • Our Auto-Import feature will be faster and more reliable than ever before, so that you can create user accounts, courses, and enrollments more quickly at scale.

PowerTeacher Pro Grade Passback Integration

  • We have built support for our integration with PowerTeacher Pro. This integration will be made available for all existing Enterprise organizations who use PowerSchool in time for the Fall 2017 semester.
