PowerBuddy settings
PowerBuddy for Community
Use the PowerBuddy for Community knowledge base to manage documents and website information for your district’s PowerBuddy data environment.
- Select tags to filter the document list. 
- Search for documents by name or title. 
- Click Refresh to refresh the document list to include the latest changes to the data environment. 
Upload a document
- From the main navigation menu, select PowerBuddy settings. 
- Select Upload. 
- Choose Document or URL. 
- Drag and drop or click to add files to the documents field, or enter the URL. 
- Enter the document details. 
- Click Upload. 
Manage documents
- From the main navigation menu, select PowerBuddy settings. 
- Select Options (three dots), and then select: - Edit, update the document details and click Save. 
- Delete and then click Delete to confirm. 
 
Allotments
- From the main navigation menu, select PowerBuddy settings. 
- Select Allotments. 
- Review your district allotments.
