Generate a passage

PowerBuddy for Assessment uses your custom prompts and criteria selections to generate passages and adds them to the selected item bank to use during future test creation.

1. Choose Items from the main navigation menu, and then choose New Resource.

2. Click From File System.

3. Choose Edit.

4. Click Generate passage in the text editor.

5. Enter text in Describe your content needs. Include specific examples, vocabulary, names, or events. Provide as much context as possible.

6. Enter the preferred Text length.

7. Choose a Reading level.

8. Choose the preferred Language.

9. Click Generate.

10. Click Add to editor.

11. Alternatively, change the content description, text length, or reading level, then click Regenerate to generate new content.
