Intervention Effectiveness
How successful are our interventions?
Shows student intervention outcomes by grouping them by withdrawal reason and completion status, then counting students to measure success.
X-Axis: Displays Intervention Categories
Y-Axis: Number of Students (count per category)
Type | Column Label / Definition |
|---|---|
Dimension | Withdraw Reasons Categories explaining why students withdrew from interventions |
Dimension | Completion Class: Indicates the completion status of interventions (e.g., Completed, No Change) |
Measure | # Students The number of students associated with each combination of dimensions (e.g., how many students completed vs. withdrew). |
How many interventions have staff administered?
Shows staff activity and effectiveness in delivering interventions.
Type | Column Label / Definition |
|---|---|
Dimension | Instructor Name Name of the staff member administering interventions |
Dimension | Intervention Type Category or type of intervention delivered |
Measure | # of Interventions Total interventions administered by the instructor |
Measure | # of Students Number of students involved in those interventions |
Measure | Success Percent Percentage of successful interventions |
Which intervention types are most effective?
The chart displays various intervention categories such as Attendance, Behavior, ELA, Math, and others. For each category, there are three bars representing:
Positive outcomes (green) – Indicates successful impact of the intervention.
Neutral outcomes (blue) – Shows minimal or no significant change.
Negative outcomes (red) – Reflects adverse or ineffective results.
The distribution across the three bars illustrates the effectiveness of each intervention.
A category with a high proportion of green (e.g., 90% positive, 5% neutral, 5% negative) suggests the intervention is performing well.
Conversely, categories dominated by red bars indicate interventions that are not producing positive results and may require review or adjustment.
Shows effective intervention types.
