Updated metric “What are the distribution of grades in my courses?”

Users can now view all grade data, including stored and final grades, in the “What are the distribution of grades in my courses?” metric on the My Students Overview dashboard.

Users can now view data for their in-scope students in the “What grades are students receiving in core courses?” metric on the Academic Progress Grades dashboard, regardless of whether they teach a core course.

Utility Apps

Added District Configuration option


District administrators can now access the District Configuration interface through Utility Apps to map SIS source data values to standard values for the below data:

  • Course Subjects must be mapped to Standard Course Names.
  • Discipline (Action Type) - Actions must be mapped to both the Action Type and Action Group. Both must be mapped to the same Action values.
  • Discipline (Behavior Type) - Behaviors must be mapped to Y or N for Major.
  • Scale/Grade (Scale Abbreviation) - Scales/Grades must be mapped in Standard Groups.
  • Scale/Grade (Scale Description) - Scales/Grades must be mapped in Standard Descriptions.
