MTSS Student Plans: New bulk export of plans by template to CSV

Added new functionality to support plan status to Student Plans applications with the following status options as well as logic to transition status based on start and end dates:

  • Overdue - current date is after the plan end date and the status is not Completed

  • Completed - a user manually changed the status on the plan, which become un-editable

Additional updates to the plan status can be completed by users via the Edit Plan Details modal to provide the following:

  • Ability to transition from Active to Completed

    • Plan content becomes un-editable

  • Ability to transition from Completed to Active

MTSS Interventions

Auto-completion of interventions

Interventions are now automatically marked Completed 30 days after the end date.

  • Students will be marked Completed with a system-generated withdrawal reason.

  • Admins can update the enroll/withdrawal reason that will be used for withdrawing them in the Intervention Settings.

  • The completion narrative will remain "System generated."

Action required: Complete the intervention manually to avoid auto-closure.

MTSS Interventions

Delete interventions with related data

Global admins can now delete interventions even if those interventions have related data. To prevent accidental deletions, users must type "delete" in the confirmation dialog before proceeding.

MTSS Interventions

Enhanced district navigation for global admins

A new district dropdown in MTSS Interventions allows global admins to easily switch between districts. Selecting a district refreshes the page with data specific to that district. The new feature improves efficiency and navigation across multiple districts.

MTSS Interventions

Enhanced pagination for student and intervention plan listings

We’ve enhanced the pagination of the Student Overview, Attendance, Observation, Goals, and Intervention Plan to display 15, 30, or 50 results per page. The default is set to 15. The enhancement allows for consistent navigation across tabs with synced page selection and quick access via manual input or pagination arrows.

MTSS Interventions

Improved notes navigation

We‘ve added pagination to the Notes section to make it easier to switch between pages and adjust the number of notes per page (10, 20, or 30). Pagination is hidden if only one page exists or if filtered results are fewer than the selected page size.

 MTSS Interventions

Improved performance on the intervention listing page

We have made improvements to enhance the speed and responsiveness of the Intervention Listing page. Users will now experience faster loading times, making it easier to access and manage interventions efficiently.

MTSS Interventions

Inactive students can no longer be added to interventions

Inactive students are now restricted from being added through any feature to MTSS Interventions, ensuring consistency in student management.

MTSS Interventions, Student Support Resources

New state-level option

State admins in multi-district tenants now have a State-Level option to make student support resources available across all districts. When this option is selected, the resource is visible across all districts but can't be edited or deleted by other users and the Public/Private settings are disabled. If a resource is used in an intervention, the State-level checkbox cannot be updated.

MTSS Interventions

New "Student Name or ID" filter

We’ve merged the Student Name and Student ID filters into a single “Student Name or ID” filter, where users can search using either a name or an ID in the same filter.

Note: This update does not apply to the District Manager role.

MTSS Interventions

Print intervention notes and replies

Users can now print all replies along with the notes added to an intervention.

MTSS Interventions

Student avatars in Intervention Listing

We’ve enhanced the intervention listing page by displaying student avatars in Student column, making it easier to identify students in an intervention. For larger groups, a "+n" indicator will summarize the count, with a dropdown to review all students. If no students are linked, the column displays "0." To improve the loading experience, skeleton loaders are now displayed while the student data is fetched.

MTSS Interventions

Today's interventions moved to All Interventions list

Removed the “Today's Interventions” section and moved those interventions to the All Interventions list. Users can use the new “Today’s” filter to review today’s interventions.

MTSS Interventions

Updated options to delete an intervention

Removed the Delete Intervention option from the intervention details page. Now, the user can only delete an intervention from the Manage Intervention page.

MTSS Interventions

Updated Schedule column

The Schedule column on the All Interventions page now displays only the start and end date for both scheduled and untimed interventions. Dates are displayed in MM/DD/YY format.

Note: This update does not apply to the District Manager role.

MTSS Interventions

Updated secured interventions logic

Updated the logic to include secured interventions in dashboards based on the Secured setting. If the intervention is secured, only users who are added to the intervention as staff, district admins, and users assigned the RLS bypass will see the secured intervention details in the dashboard.

MTSS Interventions

Interventions are now limited to a maximum of 500 students and 100 staff per intervention. An error message will appear if these limits are exceeded.

Release note

Academics Analytics

Updated Standards logic to handle lower- and uppercase scale codes

Updated the extract logic to convert SCALE_CODES to uppercase when received as a lowercase character. This change requires all SCALE_CODES to have a single character value and no longer support a lowercase “p” and an uppercase “P” as different SCALE_CODES. Customers should confirm all SCALE_CODES are unique characters from the upper-case alphabet or a different, unique non-case character.

Classroom

Teachers with courses at multiple schools

When teachers were removed from sections, access to those sections was not always removed. This has been corrected.

Fixed incorrect school filter

The connector logic for ETLs has been updated to better handle when a School_ID does not match the min_school_year field and the Reporting Indicator setup in the district configuration, which resulted in two sets of school year data not matching.  This was corrected to correctly display the proper schools and school years' data.
