Removed MTSS Interventions action buttons for the MTSS Intervention Viewer role users

Updated the “MTSS Intervention Viewer” role users to remove the action buttons (e.g., Edit, Delete, Add, etc.) based on not having permission to interact with or modify intervention data.

Updated the MTSS Student Plan auto-save timing from 1 second to 3 seconds.

Update the MTSS Student Plans timing when editing either a Text Input or Text Area form component in Student Plan would see the “Plan saved successfully” every 3 seconds while actively editing a plan from the previously set 1-second interval.  If a user copies text from external doc and then pastes text into a Text Area form component and exits the page, the Student Plans application will auto-save the pasted text even if under the 3 second timing.

Added new MTSS Student Plans fields to bulk exports to include Start Date, End Date and Status fields. The new columns will display at the beginning of the file.

Corrected issue when right-clicking on heatmap metrics

Fixed issue found in some use cases when users were right-clicking on heatmap metrics, but not getting any results.  Users should now see the drill-through options to select Drill to Student List or Drill to School List for heatmap metrics such as the Dashboards, Student Analytics, Academics, Academics Overview dashboard’s metric of _ELA Pass Rate, Math Pass Rate, Science Pass Rate, Social Studites Pass Rate_ metrics.

Fixed MTSS Student Plans for Paragraph component save issue

Resolved an issue with MTSS Student Plans updates made to the Paragraph component were not being saved. This issue has been fixed to ensure that changes to the Paragraph component are properly stored and reflected. Users should now be able to modify and save content without any disruptions.

Optimized query performance for the Student Plan, Plan Overview, Completed Plans by template metric 

Optimized the query for the Student Plan, Plan Overview, Completed Plans by template metric to no longer time out for users.

DW-ETL

Corrected issue with MTSS ETLs to improve handling of students sharing same names

Fixed MTSS ETL issue to properly handle students sharing same names by implementing duplicate detection logic in the ETL pipeline and adding proper handling for inactive student records marked by the DW.

Updated the Grades/Student Marks sort order for Core Subjects Summary “How are {Subject} grades distributed by grade level?" metrics  

Update the following sort order of grades/student marks sort order to display as 1-4 and F-A instead of the previous A-F and then and 1-4. This change is found in the following dashboards metrics:

1. Dashboard, Student Analytics, Academics, Core Subjects Summary, “How are ELA grades distributed by grade level?"

2. Dashboard, Student Analytics, Academics, Core Subjects Summary, “How are math grades distributed by grade level?"

3. Dashboard, Student Analytics, Academics, Core Subjects Summary, “How are science grades distributed by grade level?"

4. Dashboard, Student Analytics, Academics, Core Subjects Summary, “How are Social Studies grades distributed by grade level?"

Attendance Intervention Suite (AIS)

Analytics & Insights → Attendance Intervention Suite is launching a new sub-dashboard called Intervention effectiveness

Launching a new sub-dashboard at Analytics & Insights → Attendance Intervention Suite → Intervention Effectiveness with three visuals:

1. Intervention effectiveness on attendance rates

2. Intervention effectiveness on student attendance tiers

3. Intervention effectiveness on attendance rates by school

These visuals are showing trend relationship between attendance Interventions and attendance rate at district and school level. Also trend relationship between attendance Intervention and student attendance tiers.

Academics Analytics

Issue with the Course Filter not being applied to the Classroom, Student Overview dashboard

Corrected an issue with the  Course filter in the Classroom > Student Overview dashboard not being applied correctly.  This issue has been corrected with the Course filter now being part of the standard content group and filters correctly in the dashboard metrics.

Attendance Analytics

Updated PS-SIS Connector script to address mapping of staff to course offerings and period absences.

Addressed a connector issue that allow lookups for the STAFF_KEY and STAFF_NAME fields not being retrieved via COURSE_OFFERINGS_KEY and joined to FTBL_PERIOD_ABSENCES with the table DTBL_STAFF_COURSE_OFFERING_LNK.  This issue has been corrected to no longer have query result data being joined to a '-7' value and the staff to be retrieved.

Attendance Analytics

Corrected issue with the Performance Indicator Chronic Absenteeism monitor block 

Updated the logic to default to active students with the Performance Indicator Chronic Absenteeism monitor block to match with the Chronic Absences dashboards metric

Enrollment Analytics

Corrected issue with enrollment metric not displaying current school year enrollments for non-PS-SIS customers

Fixed issue found for some non-PS-SIS customers not displaying current school year enrollment data correctly for the Dashboard, Enrollment, Enrollment Overview, “How has our enrollment and exit numbers changed year over year?” metric.  Updated logic for the start date and end date to correct the queries for non-PS-SIS customers.

Corrected issue with missing text for "SE" for the special education filter

Corrected issue found with the filter used for special education which caused the filter to not displayed the “SE” update for “Is SE” and “Not SE”.

Fixed the issue affecting large-scale user access the MTSS Intervention Analytics dashboard metrics by optimizing the queries to improve performance.
