Transfer intervention ownership

When you create an intervention, you automatically become the owner, and you can transfer ownership to other teachers, and other staff. Owners have full control over managing the intervention, including editing staff, schedules, and Student Success Readiness (SSR), completing interventions without withdrawing or completing each student individually, and reactivating completed interventions. Owners are labeled with an Intervention Owner tag, while others see a simplified view. Administrators will still have full access to all interventions.

  1. On the All Interventions page, navigate to the intervention and click the intervention name to open it.

  2. Click Manage Intervention and select staff.

  3. To transfer ownership of the intervention you created to another staff member:

    1. Select the staff member to whom you wish to transfer ownership.

    2. Click on More... and choose Make owner.

    3. Click Save.
