Inclusion of a Hijri Date Picker | If a user selects a language in the UI for a country that uses the Hijri calendar, the option to enable the Hijri calendar will also appear. It is important to remember that the option for Hijri dates will be available in English (the default language), as many customers who use the application in English also want the ability to toggle on Hijri dates. Mandatory comments option for specific Absence Reasons | SafeArrival Administrators can now require comments when guardians report an absence under specific reasons, provided the Comments feature is enabled. This feature ensures more detailed information is collected, such as requiring a mandatory comment for an “OTHER” absence reason, preventing parents from leaving the comment field blank. Mandatory comments can only be enabled by Support but are configurable by designated District staff at the District, Group, or School level and can be adjusted at any time. Comments are limited to 220 characters. |
Enhanced report download capability in SafeArrival | SafeArrival now includes the ability for admin users to download generated reports in PDF or CSV formats from the Attendance section. Reports can be viewed on-screen and filtered by various date ranges and fields, providing flexibility in data review. Date Range Filters:

Once results are filtered and displayed, the PDF or CSV download option is available for generating local copies of the report. PDF downloads capture the most important data due to page constraints, while CSV files include all relevant data for comprehensive analysis. This enhancement provides greater convenience and data accessibility for SafeArrival users. |
