How do I create alternate answers in Assessments?

While creating assessment questions, I want to set up multiple correct answers for a question. How can I do this with Assessments?

Answer

While authoring your questions, you can add multiple alternate answers to the Correct Answer Setup and configure additional choices to receive partial credit.

Additional answer setup options cannot be configured once submissions have been made to the assessment.
