Portfolios (enterprise)

Overview

Create a portfolio to collect, organize, and share your work, showcasing your achievements and reflections. Add content from your Schoology assignments, computer, online links, or web pages created within your portfolio.

  • Portfolios are not available on Schoology Basic.

Share your portfolio

From a portfolio's More Options menu, you can generate a private link and share it so anyone can access your portfolio, even if they are not logged into Schoology or don't have a Schoology account. You can also download your portfolio in a ZIP file to access your work and materials from your local computer if you do not have access to your Schoology account.

Anyone with the link can review your portfolio, even if Unpublished, regardless of the privacy settings on your profile, or if they are logged into Schoology. The link overrides all privacy settings configured at the system or account level.
