Reset Parent Access Codes (System Admins)
This article is for System Administrators in Enterprise districts only. Parents with basic accounts can change parent-child associations.
If you accidentally provide a student's Parent Access Code to the wrong parent, or if there has been some other error in the distribution of Parent Access Codes, it is important that you reset the codes to prevent unauthorized access to student information. You can reset an individual student's Parent Access Code, or you can reset all the Parent Access Codes in bulk.
If a parent account is already linked to the wrong child, you will first need to remove the association.

- Select User Management.
- Click Manage Users on the navigation menu.
