PowerBuddy allotment usage provides an overview of your organization’s AI activity each year. Usage is shown for informational purposes only, with no maximum limits applied.
AI usage from all PowerSchool products with PowerBuddy integrations is combined and displayed in one shared overview. For example, in Performance Matters, PowerBuddy for Assessment reflects usage each time you generate or regenerate item content. In Schoology, PowerBuddy for Learning reflects usage each time you generate content for an assignment or discussion. This usage contributes to your overall PowerBuddy allotment balance and is tracked for information only.
Usage count resets yearly on July 1.
Review allotments

From the menu, choose Tools.

Select School Management and then choose System Settings on the navigation menu.

Choose Review PowerBuddy Allotments to review the allotment usage.
