| Data | NWEA API Integration | Now districts can create a support ticket to request having a direct integration set up between NWEA and their Performance Matters site to have their MAP assessment results pushed systematically into reporting with the nightly refresh to be displayed in an organized format. Before we can set this up, districts must go through NWEA to sign a data-sharing agreement. The data fields included in the initial integration are limited to what is currently provided by NWEA. We will collaborate with their team to increase the data available in the future. This integrated data measure folder is separate from any existing NWEA data previously loaded for your district. |
| Manage Organization | Test Retention Added to Manage Organization for School Year Rolls | District administrators can use the Test Retention page in Manage Organization to locate and choose tests that they want to retain student results for during the school year process. Student results are preserved for the chosen tests and carried into the new school year's site rather than clearing the student results with the roll process after the archive snapshot is in place. Items on tests that are flagged to retain student responses during the roll remain locked from editing as long as results are associated with the items on those tests. |
Manage Organization | Additional Results Available in the Student and Parent Portal | In Manage Organization, a new option is available under Portal Settings that allows site administrators to choose to display Additional Results in the Student/Parent Portal. This option shows the Additional Results displayed in the Student Detail report. By default, the option is not enabled. |
| Permissions | Permissions Modal Update - Select All Checkboxes | A Select All option has been added to the permission modals with a checkbox in the header to allow users to add or remove permissions for all users, roles, or groups at once. |
| Search | Bulk Action Option Mark Outdated | Site administrators can now flag district-authored items or banks as outdated. This prevents those items from displaying in the Add Items window when you create a test, or in the main search unless you select the outdated filter. This is helpful when revising items authored in your district if you need to adjust a locked item by duplicating the item to make the changes in a newly created item. This also allows users to flag locked items or banks as outdated without having specific access to edit the items. |
