Student Overview
The Student Overview page provides a consolidated view of students participating in intervention plans, enabling educators and intervention teams to quickly monitor attendance, engagement, and progress toward intervention goals.
The dashboard displays each student as an individual card containing key intervention metrics and status indicators. For every student, users can view:

Student Information – Student name, ID, grade level, and enrollment status.

Attendance Performance – A visual summary showing attendance percentages, absences, and total intervention time.

Observation Results – Color-coded engagement indicators that highlight levels of engagement, neutrality, and disengagement observed during intervention sessions.

Goal Tracking – Progress toward intervention goals, including target scores, actual performance, and projected trends where applicable.

Intervention Status – Current enrollment status and progress within the intervention plan.
Use the filters at the top of the dashboard to quickly locate and view specific intervention records.

Status – Filter interventions based on their current status (Enroll, Withdraw, or Complete). By default the Enroll status filter is applied to display only students who are currently enrolled in an intervention plan.

Goal – Filter interventions by the associated goal type. Use this filter to view students working toward a specific intervention goal.

Sort – Change the order in which student intervention cards are displayed.

Search by Student Name or ID – Enter a student's name or identification number to quickly find a specific student intervention record.
Attendance
You can update attendance from the intervention overview or intervention details page.
To update attendance from the intervention overview page:

From the Attendance tile on the intervention details page, select Review details.

If needed, use the page Filters to select students by name, ID, status, or grade level, and to set the desired date view.

Toggle the Summary option to review totals for present, tardy, and absent for each student and day.

Use the Actions > Quick Actions menu to perform bulk actions on all intervention plans. Quick Actions can be applied to both current and previous intervention dates. T

Choose the action you want to perform from the Quick Action menu.

Mark All Present: Mark all students in the selected intervention sessions as Present for attendance tracking purposes.

Add 30 Min to All: Add 30 minutes of intervention time to all selected intervention records.

To bulk-update attendance:
-
Select one or more students.
-
Click Set attendance.
-
Choose the attendance type, time attended, and applicable dates.
-
Click Save.
-

To update attendance by student and date:
-
Select the appropriate grid cell.
-
Select the attendance type Present, Tardy, or Absent.
-
To add time attended, select Time (minutes) from the drop-down in the upper right corner.

Double-click the appropriate grid cell.
-
Enter the time attended.
-
Click outside the grid cell or select Enter on your keyboard to commit the time attended.

To update attendance from the intervention details page:
-
In the Selected Meeting section of the intervention details page, navigate to the Attendance tab.

Select a meeting date.
-
Enter the attendance for one or more students.
-
To record attendance for an individual student:
-
Select an attendance status icon to indicate if the student was present (checkmark icon), tardy (clock icon), or absent (minus icon).

If needed, enter the number of minutes the student attended the meeting.

To record attendance for multiple students:
-
Select the students, choose Bulk options, and then choose Set Attendance or Add Time Attended.

Select the attendance status or enter the number of minutes the selected students attended the meeting.

The Attendance percentage is the total number of present or tardy sessions divided by the total number of recorded sessions.
Observations

In the Selected Meeting section, navigate to the Observations tab.

Select a meeting date.
-
Choose an Observations label for each student to record the student's progress for the meeting. Alternatively, select multiple students, choose Bulk options, and then choose Set Observations.

Choose the action you want to perform from the Quick Action menu.

Goals
Use the Goals tab to enter and track student goal scores, monitor progress, manage individual and plan-level goals, and retrieve assessment, attendance, and behavior data.
Access Goals

Navigate to the Selected Meeting section.

View Goals
The Goals tab displays:

Plan-level goals assigned through the intervention plan

Student-specific goals created for individual students
-
Goal progress and completion status

Goal graphs and target zones
Student-specific goals appear beneath associated plan-level goals for easier review.
Create a Goal

Select Add Goal.
-
In the Goal Name field, enter a name for the goal.

In Describe the Goal Objective, enter a description of the desired outcome or skill the student is expected to achieve.

From the Score Type list, select Bands.
-
Under Target, drag the slider to the desired performance level:

Beginning

Developing

Proficient
-
Advanced

Review the goal criteria displayed below the slider. The message updates automatically to show which score levels will meet the goal.

Select Add to save the goal.
Create Custom Student Goals
You can create custom goals for individual students. (available for users with Intervention Browser access and above).

Locate the student's card.
-
Select Add Goal.
-
Enter the goal details.
-
Save the goal.
Individual goals can be used in addition to plan-level goals.
Assign Goals to Multiple Students

Select one or more students.
-
Select Bulk Options.
-
Select Add Goal.
-
Configure the goal.
-
Save your changes.
The goal is assigned to all selected students.
Configure Goal Conditions
When creating or editing a goal, you can define how goal completion is measured.
Numeric Goals

Customize Target Values
If enabled by your administrator, you can modify the target value of a goal for individual students.

Open the goal.
-
Edit the target value.
-
Save your changes.
This allows you to personalize goals based on student needs.
Enter Goal Scores
Add Scores for Individual Students

Select a meeting date.
-
Locate the student.
-
Enter a value in the Score field.
Add Scores for Multiple Students

Select the students.
-
Choose Bulk Options > Add Goal Score.

Select a goal.
-
Enter a score value.
-
Review the values.
-
Select Add Goal Scores.
Add Scores from the Graph
You can also add scores directly from the graph.

Hover over the graph.
-
Select Add a Score.
-
Enter the score value.
Scores are updated immediately after they are entered.
Note: Numeric goals accept numeric values only. Text goals accept alphanumeric values. Scores cannot be entered for future dates.
Tip: Hold Command (Mac) or Control (Windows) while hovering over a graph to isolate and highlight individual scores when multiple data points appear close together.
Track Goal Progress
View Student Progress
Each student card includes a progress bar showing the number of completed goals compared to the total number of assigned goals.
The progress bar provides a quick visual indication of goal completion.
Mark Goals as Complete
When a student achieves a goal:

Locate the goal.
-
Select Done.
The goal is marked as completed.
To reduce screen clutter, completed goals are automatically hidden from the default view.
View Completed Goals
To display completed goals:

Select Show Done.
Completed goals become visible for review.
To hide completed goals, clear the Show Done option.
Goal Filters and Show Done
You can use the goal filter to display students associated with specific goals.

View Goal Graphs and Progress
Goal graphs help you monitor student performance over time.
Aim Line
The graph includes an Aim Line, which connects the starting value to the target date.
Target Zone
Graphs display a Target Zone.
The shaded target zone visually reflects the goal's completion criteria and helps you determine whether the student is progressing toward the target.
Target zones are automatically generated based on the configured goal conditions.
Reorder Goals
You can prioritize goals within an intervention plan.

Open the intervention plan.

Drag a goal to a new position.

Drop the goal in the desired location.
The updated order reflects the goal priority.
Remove or Restore Goals

Some goals may be designated as required by your administrator.
