To use an image once, you can insert the image directly into an item. For repeated use, you must create it as an image resource.
To preview a file before adding it, search for the resource and preview it within the search results. An x in the image preview window indicates the selected resource is not an image file type. Follow the instructions for adding a passage resource.

Choose Items from the main navigation menu, then click New Item.

Alternatively, you can add an image resource to an existing item. Use the global search to locate an existing item and Edit the item in the Results list.

Position the cursor in the item editing pane where you want to add the resource. You do not have to place the resource in an instruction block or interaction.

Choose Image from the text editor.

Select Browse Server.

Choose the image resource.

Select the appropriate organization, item source, or item bank to browse for a list of resource files.

Enter search criteria to locate a specific resource file.

Select the resource.

Click OK.

Add Alternative Text and format the image as needed.

Choose OK.
