Mark an existing item as outdated

You can mark an existing item as outdated from the item creation page. Items marked as outdated are no longer available for new tests, but remain on existing tests.

Mark as outdated

You must have the appropriate edit permissions for the existing item, and the item status must be Accepted.

1. Navigate to the item you want to mark as outdated from the global search or the item creation page.

2. Select Mark as Outdated.

Search for outdated items

To search for an outdated item, open the global search.

1. In the Type filter, select Assessment Item.

2. In the Outdated filter, select Outdated.

Change to Accepted status

1. Navigate to the item from the global search.

2. Change the Item Status to Accepted.

3. Save the item.
