Search Groups

  1. Choose Admin from the main navigation menu.

  2. Choose Search Groups to display the groups to which you have access.

    The option to Search Groups is only available if you have the necessary permission.
  3. Use the search option to narrow the scope of groups:
    • Search by ID number or group name.
    • By default, only groups in your organization will display.
  4. Click Extended Search to expand your search or to display groups from other organizations.

An organization label displays with the group name if the group is from a trusted organization.

Actions

Depending on your permissions, you may take the following action with the search results:

  • Click the group title to display a read-only list of group members.
  • Edit the group information and add or remove members.
  • Duplicate an existing group to create a new group. Update the new group's information as needed.
  • Menu Security determines the menu access for members of the group.
  • Permissions can be updated to determine which users can display, update, or administer the group.
  • Default Permissions determine which users can display, update, or administer objects created by members of the group.
  • Delete the group from the organization. This deletion is permanent, so you must confirm your action when prompted.
