Set Menu Security by Group

Menu security determines the main navigation menu options available to a user. Only site administrators can manage menu security. Refer to Access and permissions for more information.

Set Group Menu Security

Manage user menu security using group settings. Users assigned to a group inherit the associated group settings.

  1. Choose Admin from the main navigation menu, then choose Search Groups.
  2. Search for the preferred group, then click Menu Security.
  3. Make the necessary selections to provide menu access to the group role. Your choices are saved automatically. Menu Security by Role provides details regarding the recommended settings for each role.
