Menu security determines the main navigation menu options available to a user. Only site administrators can manage menu security. Refer to Access and permissions for more information.
Set Group Menu Security
Manage user menu security using group settings. Users assigned to a group inherit the associated group settings.
- Choose Admin from the main navigation menu, then choose Search Groups.
- Search for the preferred group, then click Menu Security.
- Make the necessary selections to provide menu access to the group role. Your choices are saved automatically. Menu Security by Role provides details regarding the recommended settings for each role.
