Add or move students
You can add students only to active or pending interventions.
Add students from a dashboard
- Select a dashboard and drill down into the student detail.
- Select the students you want to add to the intervention.
- From the Actions menu, click Add to MTSS Intervention.
- Select the status type.
- Choose Active or Pending to add the students to an existing intervention.
- Choose Intervention Plan to create and add the students to a new intervention.
- Select the intervention and click Save.
Add students from an intervention
- On the All Interventions page, navigate to the intervention and click the intervention name to open the intervention.
- Select Enrolled Students. Alternatively, select Manage Intervention.
- On the Manage Intervention page, enter the student's name and click Add Student.
- After you add all students, click Save.
Remove students from an intervention
- On the All Interventions page, navigate to the intervention and click the intervention name to open the intervention.
- Click Manage interventions.
- To remove a single student, select the delete (trash) icon on the student record.
- To remove multiple students:
- Select the students.
- Choose Bulk Actions, and then Delete Students.
- In the confirmation modal, click Delete.
- Click Save or Save & Close.
- Students are not removed until you save the intervention.
Move students to a new intervention
Once a student withdraws from or completes an intervention, you can move them to a new intervention.
- On the All Interventions page, navigate to the intervention and click the intervention name to open the intervention.
- Click Manage interventions.
- Select the Move student icon on the student's record.
- In the Update Status window, select an intervention from the Move to New Intervention list.
- Select the New Intervention Status.
- Click Save updates.
