Student ID

The student's code or ID number for the SIS system. This is padded with proceeding zeros to seven positions (e.g., 82901 becomes 0082901).

Student name

The student's full name: last name, first name, middle initial, and suffix (Kirk, James T. Jr.)

Grade

The student's grade level.

Gender

Female, Male, or X (Gender not exclusively Male or Female).

Ethnicity

The student's primary racial background: American Indian/Alaska Native, Asian/Pacific Islander, Black, Hispanic, Unknown/Unspecified, White.

ELL

Indicates whether the student is currently active in an English as a Second Language program (Yes or No)?  If the student is withdrawn and was participating in ESL at the time of withdrawing then they will be set to Yes.

SPED

Indicates (Yes/No) whether the student is currently receiving special education services (either in regular classroom or special ed unit).

School

The full name of the school.

Tested Grade

Grade code from eSIS for the student's grade level for the current school year. 00, 01, 02, UG, PS, DC, etc.

Product

(METADATA) - Which testing product from this vendor is this test part of: MAP, ACT, WASL or MSP, HSP, Stanford 9, AIMSWeb, etc.

Test Subject

Writing, Reading, Mathematics, Citizenship, Science, ESL, Other.

Test Class

(METADATA) - Identifies the test as being either a Composite (SAT, ACT, etc.), a Component (Reading, Math, etc.), a Strand (Algebra, Geometric, Numbers & Statistics, etc.), or an Item (the question-level).

Period

(METADATA) - An assessment-specific (non-conformed) testing window. Some examples include Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer, Beginning, Middle, End, etc. Use "--" when not applicable.

Date

The date of the record.

Test Result

How was the result of this test attempt classified: Meets, Exceeds, Passed 9th Grade Proficiency, Failed 9th or 12th Prof, Waiver Req-Pending/Granted, Not minimum prof 4-6 only, ESL Level II.
