Assessments

Assessments dashboards contain the Students View data filter to modify the assessment metrics' data set based on one of three possible variations:

• Currently Enrolled in this School:  The metrics' data set returns student records according to their currently enrolled school.  The School filter is linked to the students' current school rather than the school in which they were tested, as this might differ. By default, the first variation is automatically selected.
• Tested in this School:  The metrics' data set returns student records according to the school in which the test record is linked within the test vendor file.  This may differ from the individual student’s currently enrolled school.
• Cohort Annualized to this School:  The metrics' data set returns student records according to the school in which their annualized record lists them as enrolled.  This may differ from the school in which they were tested as well as their currently enrolled school when viewing data from prior years.
