Resolved intermittent SAML login errors affecting multiple customers	Previously, users experienced User Login Not Available errors when attempting to sign in using SAML SSO, requiring them to clear their browser cache to regain access. This issue has been resolved, and SAML authentication now works reliably without requiring cache clearing.
Resolved an issue where administrators were unable to save changes to user profiles in certain accounts	Previously, editing user details (such as name, username, or data view settings) could fail with a generic error message. This has been resolved, and user profile edits now save successfully.
File attachment issues resolved in new UI	Previously, users in the new Communicate UI received an error when attaching files to messages, which prevented file attachments from being included in broadcasts. Now, users can successfully upload and attach files in the new Communicate UI, allowing file attachments to be included in broadcasts as expected.

Instagram integration now available in Communicate Availability of this feature depends on Meta's app review process, which is outside of our control. If Instagram posting is not available when these release notes are published, it will become available in a subsequent release after Meta completes its review.	You can now post broadcasts directly to Instagram from SchoolMessenger Communicate, alongside your existing Facebook posts. Reach more of your school community by sharing updates on the platforms they use most. To get started, go to Social Media Account Settings and connect your Instagram account. When creating a broadcast, select Instagram in the Social Media step, add your message and images, and use the Broadcast Summary to preview your Instagram post before publishing.
Newsletter functionality in the new UI	Newsletters can now be edited in the New Broadcast workflow.
Powerschool Mobile App push notifications	Push notifications in the Powerschool Mobile App are now available for the SchoolMessenger Inbox and SafeArrival Features.
