Improved PowerBuddy age rules in Schoology using student date of birth from PowerSchool SIS

For districts using PowerSchool SIS with Schoology, student's date of birth is now brought into Schoology automatically as part of nightly provisioning. This gives districts a more accurate and reliable way to determine student age for COPPA‑aligned settings and to apply age‑based rules for PowerBuddy more consistently across all students.

Automated course template distribution

Automated Course Template Distribution is now turned on for all Schoology Learning organizations. When you map course templates to courses, any new sections created for those courses automatically receive the template’s content and settings, regardless of how the sections are created. This reduces manual template distribution and keeps new sections aligned with your configured templates.

This LTI 1.3 tool connects students and instructors to Goodheart-Willcox Publisher’s comprehensive learning solutions on the G-W Online platform.

This app requires the purchase and installation of EduHub LMS-Ready Content in Common Cartridge® format from Goodheart-Willcox.

Integration via Common Cartridge® provides a single sign-on experience and gives your System Admin control of what student data is shared with Goodheart-Willcox Publisher. With a Common Cartridge® integration, you can access the features and tools you are accustomed to using and G-W course resources all in one convenient place.
