Filters - Attendance Insights Page

All students display by default. You can choose criteria to select specified students.

  1. Click the criteria to display the options.

  2. Select your option to filter the results.

  3. Click Reset to clear all criteria.

Criteria

Description

Name

Search for individual students.

Grade Level

Choose the grade.

Daily Tier Level

Choose the tier level.

Absences

Filter by All Absences, Excused Absences, Unexcused Absences, and Consecutive Absences.

  1. Click the criteria to update.

  2. Choose one of the following:

    1. Greater than or equal to

    2. Equals

    3. Less than or equal to

  3. Enter the absence number.

Rate

Choose the days present rate.

  1. Click By Rate.

    1. Greater than or equal to

    2. Less than or equal to

  2. Enter the days present rate.
