The API /api/content/v2/{requestId}/details now also returns failedReasons with the resource ID and error message for each failed record, enabling users to identify and resolve ingestion issues quickly.

https:// is now accepted case-insensitively for public keyset URLs in the ContentNav Tool registry (e.g., HTTPS://, HtTpS://) and normalized to lowercase internally for consistency.
