Sync gradebook exceptions across SIS integrations | PowerSchool Learning and Engagement

Collected assignments will only pass back the Collected exception if supported by your SIS integration; otherwise, they will pass back an empty column with no grades.
To ensure your students' grades in Schoology match your SIS, configure your SIS to treat blank cells as null values, not zeros.
For SIS apps using the IMS Global OneRoster standard, each SIS handles OneRoster statuses differently. Contact your SIS support for details on how it works in your system.
