Conversation Threads

Kinbox messages display in conversation threads to respond, review, or download.

To display your messages, select Kinbox in the Messaging section on the main menu.

Reply to a Message

1. In the Inbox, click the name of the sender to display the conversation thread.

2. Enter your message, and then click Send.

3. You can also do the following with your messages:

   • To add a tag, click the tag icon and choose the label.

   • To translate the message, click the globe icon and choose the language.

   • To attach an image, click the image icon and choose the image.

   • To attach a document, click the attachment icon and choose the document.

Tag Messages in Threads

1. In the Inbox, click the name of the sender to display the conversation thread.

2. Click the options icon on the message you want to tag in the conversation.

3. Choose the tag.

Download a Conversation

1. In the Inbox, click the name of the sender to display the conversation thread.

2. Click Export.

Review Statistics

1. In the Inbox, click the name of the sender to display the conversation thread.

2. Click Stats to review your message statistics.

3. Click More info to review information about the contacts in the conversation thread.
