Claiming your school's domain in Schoology prevents other organizations from using your school's email addresses to create Schoology accounts. It also lets you merge existing accounts that use your domain into your account.
Work with your school's webmaster or technical team to complete this process. If your organization uses more than one domain, you can claim additional domains after claiming the first.
Claim your domain

From Tools, select School Management.

Select Integration.

Select Claim Domain.

Enter your organization's URL. Enter yourschoolurl.com rather than www.yourschoolurl.com.

Select Continue.

Complete the verification process using one of these methods:

Simple: Upload an HTML file to your domain.

Advanced: Add a DNS record to your domain.

Follow the instructions and select Verify.
