Admin Center overview

Overview

Depending on the PowerSchool products your district uses, Admin Center gives you access to key setup tools, including:

  • Role-mapping for MyPowerHub – Set up and manage user roles to ensure the right staff have access to the right features within the Educator portal.

  • PowerBuddy Knowledge Base Configuration – Upload district-specific documents and set up web URLs to customize your PowerBuddy experience.

Access to these features will vary based on your district’s product configuration.

  • Select your initials and choose Language & locale settings to manage your preferred language and location.

  • From the navigation menu, select the menu item to display more details.

Quick start

  • Select Student information sync to activate the PowerSchool SIS sync process, or map PowerSchool SIS roles or security groups to a OneRoster role.

  • Select PowerBuddy settings to upload documents and website information for your organization’s PowerBuddy data environment or review your district’s PowerBuddy allotments.
