The Calendar gives you a snapshot of your classes for the current day, including the following key details:

Class names

Room numbers

Start and end times
Navigate the calendar
From the main navigation menu, choose Calendar.

Select All events and choose an option from the list to review other calendar events.

Select Week to see your full schedule for the week.

Click Today to return to the current date.

Use the arrows to move through the calendar.

Display or hide your class schedule.
-
Select a class or event title to display the full details, including time, location, and description.
Add an event
Create calendar events for upcoming, future, or past events.
To create a calendar event with translation, select User settings, then choose Language & local settings. Select a Language and a Country, and then click Confirm.

From the main navigation menu, choose Calendar.

Click + New event.
-
Add information about the event.

Optionally, select or clear Translate into other languages available for my district.

Optionally, click Edit translations.

Choose a language whose translation you want to edit.

Edit the title and message of the translation.
-
Click Save Translation.

Repeat for each language that you want to edit the translation.

Click Create event.
Manage events
Edit an event
Only future events can be edited. An event whose start time has already elapsed for the current day is considered a past event.

From the main navigation menu, choose Calendar.

Navigate to the day for which the event was created. Only future events can be edited.

Select the event block to display a popover.
-
Click Event actions (three dots) and choose Edit.

Optionally, choose Edit this event only.

Modify the details and then click Save.
Review translations

From the main navigation menu, choose Calendar.

Navigate to the day for which the event was created.
-
Select the event block to display a popover.
-
Select More details.
-
Click Event actions (three dots) and choose Translations.

Select a language.
-
Review the translation.
-
Click Close.
Retrieve an event link

From the main navigation menu, choose Calendar.

Navigate to the day for which the event was created.

Select the event block to display a popover.
-
Click Event options (three dots) and choose Copy link.
Cancel an event
Only future events can be canceled. An event whose start time has already elapsed for the current day is considered a past event.

Navigate to the day for which the event was created.

Select the event block to display a popover.

Click Event actions (three dots) and choose Cancel event.

Click Cancel event.
Manage RSVP events
Edit RSVP event options

From the main navigation menu, choose Calendar.

Navigate to the day for which the event was created.

Select the event block to display a popover.
-
Click Event actions and choose Edit.

Navigate to Ask for RSVP.

Optionally, select Allow users to indicate number of people attending.

Optionally, select Limit total RSVPs to and enter a number.

Click Save.
Review RSVP responses

From the main navigation menu, choose Calendar.

Navigate to the day for which the event was created.
-
Select the event block to display a popover.
-
Select More details.
-
Review the number of attendees.
-
Optionally, select Review Responses.
Calendar actions
Manage your calendars and download or subscribe to a calendar. From the main navigation menu, choose Calendar. Then, select Calendar actions and choose an option from the list.
Manage PowerSchool calendars
Show or hide SIS-driven class schedule entries in MyPowerHub to reduce calendar clutter from repeating daily events.
From Calendar actions, choose Manage calendars. From PowerSchool calendars, select or clear PowerSchool SIS class schedule.
Subscribe to the MyPowerHub calendar
Subscribe to your MyPowerHub calendar in any external calendar app that supports subscription feeds, such as Outlook or Apple, to automatically sync schedules and keep everything up to date.

From Calendar actions, choose Subscribe.

Click Copy link to copy the calendar URL.

Navigate to your external calendar and follow their instructions for adding calendars.
It may take up to 24 hours for your calendar to sync for the first time.
Link an external calendar
Connect an external calendar to MyPowerHub.

From Calendar actions, choose Manage calendars.
-
Select Add calendar.
-
Enter a Calendar name.
-
Choose a Calendar type.
-
Enter the calendar ID from the external calendar.
-
From Sync type, select Shared only with me or Share with group.
-
If sharing with a group, from To, choose who you want to share the calendar with.

Click Add to sync the calendar.
