Calendar

The Calendar gives you a snapshot of your classes for the current day, including the following key details:

  • Class names

  • Room numbers

  • Start and end times

From the main navigation menu, choose Calendar.

  • Select All events and choose an option from the list to review other calendar events.

  • Select Week to see your full schedule for the week.

  • Click Today to return to the current date.

  • Use the arrows to move through the calendar.

  • Display or hide your class schedule.

  • Select a class or event title to display the full details, including time, location, and description.

Add an event

Create calendar events for upcoming, future, or past events.

To create a calendar event with translation, select User settings, then choose Language & local settings. Select a Language and a Country, and then click Confirm.

  1. From the main navigation menu, choose Calendar.

  2. Click + New event.

  3. Add information about the event.

  4. Optionally, select or clear Translate into other languages available for my district.

  5. Optionally, click Edit translations.

    1. Choose a language whose translation you want to edit. 

    2. Edit the title and message of the translation. 

    3. Click Save Translation.

    4. Repeat for each language that you want to edit the translation. 

  6. Click Create event.

Manage events

Edit an event

Only future events can be edited. An event whose start time has already elapsed for the current day is considered a past event. 

  1. From the main navigation menu, choose Calendar.

  2. Navigate to the day for which the event was created. Only future events can be edited.

  3. Select the event block to display a popover.

  4. Click Event actions (three dots) and choose Edit

  5. Optionally, choose Edit this event only.

  6. Modify the details and then click Save.

Review translations

  1. From the main navigation menu, choose Calendar.

  2. Navigate to the day for which the event was created. 

  3. Select the event block to display a popover.

  4. Select More details.

  5. Click Event actions (three dots) and choose Translations.

  6. Select a language.

  7. Review the translation.

  8. Click Close.

  1. From the main navigation menu, choose Calendar.

  2. Navigate to the day for which the event was created. 

  3. Select the event block to display a popover.

  4. Click Event options (three dots) and choose Copy link.

Cancel an event

Only future events can be canceled. An event whose start time has already elapsed for the current day is considered a past event. 

  1. From the main navigation menu, choose Calendar.

  2. Navigate to the day for which the event was created. 

  3. Select the event block to display a popover.

  4. Click Event actions (three dots) and choose Cancel event

  5. Click Cancel event.

Manage RSVP events

Edit RSVP event options

  1. From the main navigation menu, choose Calendar.

  2. Navigate to the day for which the event was created. 

  3. Select the event block to display a popover.

  4. Click Event actions and choose Edit.

  5. Navigate to Ask for RSVP.

  6. Optionally, select Allow users to indicate number of people attending.

  7. Optionally, select Limit total RSVPs to and enter a number.

  8. Click Save.

Review RSVP responses

  1. From the main navigation menu, choose Calendar.

  2. Navigate to the day for which the event was created. 

  3. Select the event block to display a popover.

  4. Select More details.

  5. Review the number of attendees.

  6. Optionally, select Review Responses.

Add a calendar

  1. From the main navigation menu, choose Calendar.

  2. Select Calendar actions, Add a calendar, and then choose a calendar from the list.

  3. Add information about the calendar.

  4. Click Link calendar.

Manage calendars

  1. From the main navigation menu, choose Calendar.

  2. Select Calendar actions and choose Manage calendars.

  3. From Manage calendars:

    • Turn the sync state on or off.

    • Edit the calendar details.

    • Delete a calendar.
