Fees

From the navigation menu, select Fees to review fees, meal balance, and payment history.

Pay fees

  1. From the navigation menu, select Fees.

  2. From Fees, choose Add to cart for selected fees or click Add all to cart.

  3. Click Check out.

  4. Enter the payment method details.

  5. Click Complete payment.

Add money to meal balance

  1. From the navigation menu, select Fees.

  2. Select Meal balance.

  3. Click Add money.

  4. Enter an amount to add to the meal balance.

  5. Enter the payment method details.

  6. Agree to the terms.

  7. Click Add to meal balance.

Manage auto-reload for meal balance

  1. From the navigation menu, select Fees.

  2. Select Meal balance.

  3. Click edit (pencil icon) for Auto-reload.

  4. Select or clear Activate auto-reload.

  5. If setting up for the first time, enter a Minimum balance and Reload amount. Optionally, edit these amounts.

  6. Optionally, enter or update credit or debit card or eCheck details.

  7. Agree to the terms and conditions.

  8. Click Save.

Download receipts

  1. From the navigation menu, select Fees.

  2. Select Payment history.

  3. Optionally, click Preview to display a receipt.

  4. For the selected payment, choose Download from the Preview list.
