MathML fraction rendering in Test Review	Resolved an issue where MathML fractions were incorrectly displayed as whole numbers in Test Review within the student portal and Student Item Analysis reports.
Alt text editing and validation in image-based interactions	Resolved issues related to alt text handling for uploaded images across image-based interactions. Resolved an issue where the alt text modal could not be reopened after initially adding alt text, preventing users from editing existing descriptions in interactions such as Picture Drag and Drop and Select Image. Enabled the ability to reopen and update alt text for uploaded images without requiring access to QTI. Resolved an issue where the alt text modal appeared blank when attempting to edit an existing image. Added a character limit indicator (max 256). These updates improve accessibility workflows and provide a more consistent and user-friendly experience when managing alt text.
Items with MathML in OLA	Enhanced the user experience for OLA pages with MathML content by adding a loading indicator, including a spinner to clearly show when content is being rendered.
Observational Assessments	Resolved an issue where users encountered an error message when attempting to duplicate Observational Assessments.
Scroll bar in SIA	Resolved an issue in SIA where the top horizontal scroll bar would move but the report content did not scroll accordingly. This prevented users from viewing report results beyond the visible area.
Text to Speech	Resolved the following issues with text-to-speech (TTS): TextHelp Text-to-Speech did not read all content in items containing multiple HTML passages. TTS now reads all HTML passages and associated interactions within an item, ensuring complete and consistent audio support for users. TextHelp Text-to-Speech did not consistently read and highlight the item stem and answer choices when the play button was clicked. In some cases, TTS also read surrounding headers that are not part of the item content. TTS now correctly focuses on and highlights the item stem and answer choices while excluding non-relevant header content, providing a clearer and more accurate reading experience. TextHelp Text-to-Speech did not follow the visual reading order in items with side-by-side layouts. TTS now reads content in the correct top-to-bottom order as displayed on screen, including all passage content and associated text, ensuring a coherent and accessible reading experience for students.
Text-to-Speech restart behavior in multi-passage items	Resolved an issue with the TextHelp SpeechStream TTS toolbar in the OLA assessment player where the Stop and Play functionality did not reset playback as expected for multi-passage items.
Units of Measure and Scoring Tools in Progress Monitoring	Resolved an issue where Units of Measure and Scoring Tools were not appearing in menus during Progress Monitoring for interventions.
