If your student has changed schools and your account is still linked to the previous school, you will need to update your account.
Enterprise users
If your student’s school uses the Enterprise version of Schoology, you will need to reach out to the Support Contact at your child's school for further assistance. You can reach them by clicking the Support link at the end of any Schoology page.
Basic users
If your child uses the Basic version of Schoology, you will need to delete your old account and create a new account that is associated with your student’s new school.
After your current account is deleted, you will need a new Parent Access Code from your student's new school to create a new Parent account at that school. This is a 12-digit code in xxxx-xxxx-xxxx format that you receive from one of your students' instructors.
After you have your Parent Access Code, you can sign up for a new Parent account.
