Create folders to organize learning objectives and standards into a structure that meets your organization's needs. Depending on their permissions, users can also create and manage learning objectives in Personal Resources and Group Resources.

A year displayed in a learning objective title indicates the original publication date, not the most recent update.
That preserves the key information from the original section while still avoiding a standalone conceptual heading that doesn't really support the workflow. It also keeps the recommendation about folder organization, which is arguably the most useful guidance on the page.
